Through the Education and Technical Assistance Program, the Foundation will develop educational programs for, and provide technical assistance to, the Community Health Centers and other organizations that promote health in Connecticut. These educational programs and technical assistance programs are designed to help organizations develop new and improved models for quality health care delivery, disease management and disease prevention. These educational programs and technical assistance programs will also help organizations develop programs that will increase availability of health care services to poor, distressed and underprivileged individuals and families living in Connecticut.
