| Cornell Scott Memorial Golf Classic - August 24, 2009
In 2008, the Foundation lost one of its most influential founding members. Cornell Scott, the longtime Chief Executive Officer of the Hill Health Corporation, died on August 25, 2008 after a long illness. To honor Mr. Scott's memory and his many accomplishments, the Foundation has renamed its annual golf tournament to the Cornell Scott Memorial Golf Classic.
We're teeing off again for the 4th annual tournament at the TPC River Highlands - Home of the Travelers Championship, a PGA Tour Event. This will be one of the Foundation's key fundraising events of the year.
Benefits to you as a sponsor include exposure to various members of the healthcare delivery system in Connecticut and a chance to network during what will no doubt be a great day on a true championship golf course. More importantly, you would be a key supporter of an organization whose goals are directly related to improving health care for those who need help the most, right here in your local community.
