The Community Health Network of Connecticut Foundation, Inc. was founded in 2003 by Community Health Network of Connecticut, Inc., the state's only community-based, not-for-profit health care organization. The Foundation is a public, charitable organization concerned with the health of Connecticut residents. Our mission is to advance, support and promote programs and activities that fundamentally improve the health status of the people living in Connecticut.

 

The Foundation’s goal is to support nonprofit activities of community health centers and other nonprofit organizations that promote health care services to families living in Connecticut.
